This lil’ gem with a private indoor patio and a gorgeous view of the valley is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Lake Washington. Visiting Seattle? Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. Our space is comfortable and cozy, with lots of natural light, outdoor space for you to enjoy, and close attention to detail. We welcome all - couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and adventurers.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room. It offers a lot of windows and daylight with skylights in the kitchen and shower. We have a lovely west facing balcony that overlooks the the garden and provides territorial sunset views. It offers Northwest/Scandinavian modern design and a clean feel.

Privacy: the entire place is for you and your group only. Working from home: very fast WiFi for video conference, streaming and game. Extra clean: sanitize common surfaces. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler.

Convenient and safe neighborhood in Education Hill. Minutes to Microsoft HQ with direct bus access and ~20 mins drive to Seattle. Comfortable bed (memory foam topper) and quiet street for good nights of sleep. Refrigerator, microwave, and electric water kettle included for quick meals (no kitchen). High speed fiber internet + Orbi WiFi Mesh. AC/heat pump. A great place for short-term stay, business trip, or internships.

Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
