Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Apple Island Resort offers a variety of accommodations. The Lewis & Laura Mott House is rich in history & overlooks Apple Island Marina. The Mott House is both the oldest & newest accommodation offered. Remodeled in 2018 with exquisite attention to detail, the historic house gives the architectural feel of an 1830s farmhouse while offering the latest in modern conveniences. Able to accommodate up to 8 guests, the Mott House will provide an unparalleled home base for your special day.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Just 10 minutes to downtown St. Albans and 30 minutes to Burlington, it’s the perfect escape for business or pleasure.

Unwind at this updated 2100 sq ft, 4r bedroom, 2 bath Beach house. Fresh clean water on this private beach, a huge yard for games, and a lakeside fire pit. Features include a modern kitchen, a large dining area, cypress floors, a gas fireplace, and a large deck with gorgeous views to the East. Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!
