A laundry facility is located on the premises. Kitchenette provides cooktop and microwave/convection oven & a small refridgerator.

Relax while enjoying your fully renovated condo located 60 yards from the Olde Naples Fishing Pier beach and 1 block from the 3rd Street Shops/Restaurants. A quick drive, bike or walk 1 mile north will place you on 5th Avenue - an area of shops, restaurants, bars and a playhouse. The condo has one designated parking spot, wifi, washer/dryer on premises, heated pool, courtyard & more. 'Sea' Ya!

Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free
