Just a short 5 minute drive from the picturesque town of Yarmouth providing frequent ferry crossings to Lymington, the house is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach at Colwell Bay.

We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

Also a short 5 minute walk to freshwater village where you will find an array of traditional shops and cafes.

A two minute stroll will take you down to the beach; here you can hire paddle boards, go for breakfast lunch or dinner at one of the various restaurants or follow the coastal path for more breathtaking views of The Needles. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Beau and Bay are two semi detached holiday bungalows, which have been completely refurbished. Each offering glimpses of The Solent and within a stones throw of the beautiful Colwell bay, with its beaches and eateries. The restaurant The Hut, is a 15-20 minute walk away.
