Our house is a half mile from downtown San Rafael. It is a 1/2 acre with goats, organic gardens, and a pool. It is a farm and resort all in one! We have a bay and city view from almost every room in the house. Wineries 20 miles away. Don't' worry if you're not interested in the farm, the unit is far enough away that you will not be bothered by it. For those who love a good petting zoo, feel free to visit our friendly animals. Situated on the east side of town, it offers a true escape where one can walk or bike down to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our street, or soak up the afternoon light from the heated pool, hot tub or a game of bocce.

The album cover photo was taken under our special and majestic oak tree and the photo was developed in the dark room that is now the bedroom.

Historic D Street Private Bungalow!

Enjoy EZ access to everything from this centrally located place. Pets welcome, but we can’t have dogs swimming it negatively affects pool -so sorry! Our 6-year old + Aussie is good w dogs, but can be territorial at first. Dogs cannot be left alone in bungalow unless arranged with me because neighbors complain about barking — sorry. Please cover couch and bed & cleanup after pets —I charge a $25 which is low pet fee so please be mindful of keeping the bungalow clean. Much appreciated.
