Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy the privacy of 3 acres on the beautiful Nueces River just minutes from Camp Wood. Rest and recreate, your choice, when you choose the Labyrinth spell that pulls you in for a true vacation. The water for the house is drawn from the river, 2 gallons and a case of water will be provided for your consumption, but you should bring more based on your group. The trail to the river is uneven and has some hills. There can be wild animals.

Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Just a one minute drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on 40 private acres with great views and live creek access. Secluded & private. No neighbors. Large patio & fenced back yard are guest favorites, great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing, bird watching, scenic views. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked way better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (8 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). Experience abundant wildlife, migrating birds/ hummingbirds and butterflies, stargaze and be able to hike up Lookout Hill and feel comfortable during your stay at Moriah's Riverwalk. You are within 18 miles of the Concan area. Your stay here at our bunkhouse will be safe, quiet, and peaceful.

Just 3.5 miles south of Lost Maples SNA, big tooth maples and live oaks surround the cottage, providing shade and privacy. (Our home is nearby.) Birding, dark skies close by. Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!" In business since 1994, we are just real people accommodating real people. How does that sound? (Sorry, No TV. And, please, no pets.)
