The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

It has a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a small room with a pull-out sofa bed. For a stay with three people, this can be used as a second bedroom. Falls sie ein Auto haben werden sie über den kostenfreien Parkplatz vor dem Haus begeistert sein. Das Apartment verfügt über 3 Betten und einer kleinen vollausgestatteten Küche. Das Zentrum von Hallstatt erreichen sie in 10 Minuten!
