The residence features an all-white interior, subtle contrasting grays, an array of textures and motifs, wood accents, chic furnishings, a shaded front porch & backyard seating with a fire pit. There are two twin sofa beds in living room, and as needed, we can set up a twin roll-away in the bedroom with the king bed. We can also put a twin air bed in the dinning area! This 1923 HISTORIC 1/2 double is in a very quiet neighborhood & has been recently remodeled top to bottom. All of the furnishings, fixtures, appliances, paint, flooring & porches are BRAND NEW. It's comfortable, cozy & quaint.....with updates galore! It features 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, & Queen size beds) and 2 full baths. The living room has a 54 inch TV, two twin sleeper sofas, seating for 6, and a rustic ceiling fan. (Upon request, additional sleeping arrangements can be made for 2 more people.) The spacious dining room has a large butcher block table with lots of seating. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. It has stainless appliances, quartz & butcher block countertops and barstool seating. The house is WiFi equipped with 3 TV sets. OUTSIDE The covered front porch allows great views of the quiet neighborhood’s green space & comfortable seating for 4. Out back, we have a charcoal grill, a table, seating for 6 & a fire pit w/firewood. Off street parking is available— as well as lots of off-street parking, that is well-lit in a family centered neighborhood. We think you will enjoy our newly-restored retreat & all it has to offer. The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit.
