A SUITE RETREAT with a Garden View in the City

A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

Welcome to Thornton Park Lawsona Lake Historical District! You will be staying in unique place that matches the historical district vibe! This is small space, about 200 sq loft studio with a bed located above the bathroom, if you feel adventurous you can climb up and sleep there! If not that is ok, we have couch downstairs with a sleeper where you have comfortable rest! Lake Eola and Downtown is located within a 15 minute walk, 20 minutes from the airport, 25 minute drive to Disney and SeaWorld

This apartment is located in a separate area of the house with a private entrance. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” smart tv, dresser, closet, and 2 nightstands. The den contains a 50” smart tv, sink, microwave, table and 2 chairs, cooktop, small refrigerator/freezer, “L” shaped sofa. The bathroom has double vanity sink, shower, tub, linen closet and body soap dispenser. No shared areas. Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max included. Queen air mattress available. Cute ensuite bungalow w/ office located in the heart of Orlando- perfect base for exploring the city. Snacks, coffee, tea and little touches make the place feel like home. Quiet and clean next to a church on a safe dead-end street. Host lives in main home sharing a living room wall w/ a waterfall noise barrier on the other side. Indoor guest area is entirely private. Blackout curtains, white noise machine, spin bike, and personal AC. All guests on reservation must be listed and verified.

This is a beautiful and comfortable Room equipped with a queen size bed, a large full bathroom, a kitchenette, a mini fridge, a Microwave, a Cofee Maker and a TV. Internet included. It is located 15 minutes from the MCO Orlando Airport; 20 minutes from the Florida Mall and 30 minutes from most Themes Parks. It is also located around many restaurants, shopping centers and major highways. Please be aware that we do not provide food other than coffee, also we do not have washer and dryer.
