The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. Great Location and Host!

Fully private cozy charming cottage, with great AC, artfully decorated with distressed wooden floors and very conveniently located near the Super-Dome, Convention. Center and just a 15 minute walk to French Quarter High-speed wifi and mounted smart TV! I am Superhost with over 900 reviews! Great communication and response time and knowledgeable about New Orleans. I live on the property in another unit along with my two outdoor cats. It's a very quiet block off the CBD!
