This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

We are a year round retreat on beautiful Lake Winnebago. Bring your boat, kayaks, water toys, snow mobile, UTVs and fishing/hunting gear to your own private 18' dock on a channel with complete access to Asylum Bay. We are located in Oshkosh and close to the Fox Valley and GB. Just minutes away are: Outlet Mall, EAA, Lifefest, Sunnyview Expo, fishing tournaments, Sturgeon Spearing, microbreweries, Saturday Farmers Markets, The Herd basketball, Titans/UW-O events, and GB Packers(48min)!

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Leonard Point Birdhouse

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! The Birdhouse is 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

The Cloverland Barndominium is a thoughtfully renovated 100-year-old barn sitting on 5+ private acres of forest to explore next to a river. You'll share the land with friendly goats and chickens that you can watch from right outside your window!
