Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Familien oder Freundesgruppen bis zu 8 Personen. Du hast von jedem Schlafzimmer einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und die Natur. Die gemütliche Essküche mit dem Kaminofen lädt zu geselligen Abenden ein. Im Wohnzimmer und am Balkon lässt es sich wunderbar chillen. Die See- und Bergnähe bietet unzählige Freizeitaktivitäten an.

Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.
