Located directly opposite the highly-acclaimed Fairfax Arms and on the edge of the Ampleforth Abbey and College campus, with a 9 hole golf course in the village.

The adjacent property, 2 Stonegarth can be let with this property. It is ideal for two families that want privacy but can come together for meals etc. Well behaved dogs allowed.

A cosy cottage nestled in the hills of the North Yorkshire Moors, on the edge of Ampleforth village. An ideal place to relax, listen to the wildlife and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The pretty market town Helmsley is less than 10 minutes drive, with lots to explore. There is an abundance of great walks from your doorstep, excellent cycling routes and you will be spoilt for choice with fantastic cafes, pubs and restaurants. York is 45 mins drive and an hour to the coast for beach walks.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

The Old Workshop

Tucked away in a little farming hamlet in the Howardian Hills, this newly renovated old workshop adjoins our cottage, with its own entrance and patio. Well situated for exploring North Yorkshire, moors, coast, wolds, historic York, market towns and stately homes, we hope you will be rested and refreshed by your stay here. Nearby there are lovely walks and cycle rides if you fancy staying local. We provide a welcome basket of muesli, granola, bread, butter and jam as well as teas, coffee etc.
