Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). This Old Lake House

This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. The vintage qualities emit a casual feeling of relaxation and summertime on the Lake. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, RV's large screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood with local market 1 mile away.
