Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Highland Loop Experience

Newly remodeled & beautiful west facing lake home with over 120 ft of private shoreline on Otter Tail Lake. This home comfortably sleeps 14 people, and has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Otter Tail Lake is one of the largest in Minnesota with a hard sand bottom. Enjoy swimming off the brand new dock in the crystal clear water, go paddle boarding, or simply enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets while sitting in the hottub! Truly a home away from home!

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Relax in this cozy, newly remodeled lakeside cabin on East Leaf Lake! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families alike! In Summertime, hang out on the dock, bring your boat or rent one nearby, swim and take endless floats in the water. Come see the beautiful colors in the Fall. Cozy up with a book, relax on the large deck, view gorgeous sunsets, and roast s'mores at the firepit table!

Pilgrim's Inn

Enjoy a cozy stay in a private, 3 bedroom suite. Complete with a private bath, sitting room/breakfast nook and front porch. PLEASE NOTE: This Suite is located in the upper level of our residence. ***NOTE*** *Limit of 8 guests with a fee of $15/person/night after 2 guests. *We also welcome extended stays, giving a 15% discount on week long stays and a 25% discount on monthly stays.
