The secluded location is home to many types of wildlife including Kingfishers, Wagtails and Grey Heron, and if you’re lucky you might spot the resident otter in the mill pond. Fully enclosed with electric gated access and dedicated parking it’s a perfect location for wildlife lovers and well placed to visit many of Norfolk’s attractions.

Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.

Goldcrest Shepard's Hut -Lakeside View

Escape to a cosy Shepherd’s Hut in a peaceful West Norfolk village, set beside a private lake and the River Wissey. Eco-designed and solar powered, it stays cool in summer and warm in winter with a diesel heater. Inside is a double bed, TV and kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and breakfast essentials. A private shower block is nearby. Outside, relax in the fenced garden, enjoy sunsets, wildlife, river walks and the nearby Bluebell pub.

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.
