Take a short walk along The River Thames Path into the historic Town Of Abingdon On Thames. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can hire day boats and paddle boards near Abingdon bridge for the day. There is a regular bus service to Oxford City Centre. You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

Double height ceilings with exposed beams, newly fitted kitchen and a large bath situated within the bedroom, make it the perfect space to relax! All of the local supermarkets, including M&S are within walking distance of the apartment, as well as all of the characterful pubs. The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
