The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy the memorizing beauty surrounding this home from the ocean-front balcony or have a bonfire on the newly renovated patio. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

Our open concept, spacious home with 2 primary suites with king beds and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed was completed in 2021. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walking distance from Pacific City's main beach, Cape Kiwanda, as well as the Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee and Bakery, PC Pour, Moment Surf Shop, and other restaurants. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
