Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

Kick back and relax in your own guest house! This casita is located in a quite community near Upper Bidwell Park. You'll have easy access to 5 Mile Recreation Area, and the many trails of South Rim in Upper Bidwell Park! You'll have your own private space, separate and gated off from the main house. The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space.

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.

This charming studio is cozy, clean, and beautiful. We are located on the edge of college town, about a mile from downtown, and close to iconic Chico locations (Bidwell Park, Bidwell Mansion, various music and theater venues, local dining and coffee shops, and more). Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.
