La villa tiene su propio camino de acceso privado con puerta. La planta baja tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y una mesa de comedor para 8 personas, una sala de estar con chimenea y un inodoro para huéspedes. En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios y un baño con bañera. A través de una escalera en la planta superior se llega a los otros 2 dormitorios; cada uno con su propio baño con ducha e inodoro. Cada dormitorio tiene una terraza privada con un asiento. A mitad de la semana, la villa se limpia y se cambia la ropa de cama.
