A private basement guest bachelor suite located in the quiet and friendly Bloor West Village. Minutes' walk to Runnymede subway station, trendy cafes and restaurants on Bloor Street. 10 minutes' walk to High Park. The space has its separate entrance. The backyard is shared with my family who live upstairs. Very narrow driveway to backyard parking. Please see additional notes for other off-site options.

Close to great walking trails along the lake, High park and the Martin Goodman trail.
