Das wichtigste zuerst :-) Lese genau meine Hausregeln um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. lese genau die Check in und check out Zeiten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer Küche Bad Toilette und Balkon 74 qu Es gibt Schlafplatz für 8 Pers. ABER bei mehr als 6 Pesonen BITTE vorher fragen BITTE beachten. (Gästekarte ist Kurtaxe ) 3 € pro Tag pro Erw. muß vorort in bar oder mit Pay pal bei mir bezahlt werden .Ich möchte keine Backpacker oder Gäste aus Bettenlager

Hogar elegante y tranquilo con vista maravillosa!

Mi casa se encuentra en una area residencial quieta y central, al lado (5 min a pie) del centro historico de Partenkirchen. Aqui, en la Ludwigstrasse, hay cafés, restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas pequenas de artesanias. Mi apartamento tiene un quarto con cama doble (160x200cm) y bano ensuite e una sala con cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, lavaplatos). Hay un balcón muy grande que les brinda el sol de la manana hasta la puesta del sol!
