Saunton Cottage is set in 16 acres of beautiful countryside with far reaching views across the valley looking over one of the 2 substantial lakes on the property. The words most often used by guests to describe the environment are serene and tranquil – a real escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We have direct access to the renowned Tarka Trail via a private track in the grounds. You can walk to it without having to go on a road and then you are on a lovely 35 mile cycle/ footpath.

Enjoy staying in The Old Printers flat, centrally located in Great Torrington. A short flat walk to the centre of the town with all its shops and cafes including The Plough Arts Centre. Set above New street at the front you can watch the world go by and also enjoy amazing views towards the coast. To the west the view is of the beautiful historic church and church yard. A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Detached, spacious cottage with private gardens and parking, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, bbq, fields to walk in and a hot tub to enjoy under a sky full of stars. Underfloor heating and wood burner to keep you cozy. One bathroom includes a whirlpool bath with shower over. Ensuite is shower room. Two bedrooms: master bedroom with 6ft superking & ensuite, second bedroom with two singles or one superking. Dogs welcome but sorry, no more than two.
