Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Gönne dir eine Pause und entspann dich an diesem friedlichen Ort. Das Studio liegt ausserhalb von Bad Ragaz (Fluppi). Optimal für Bergsportbegeisterte und Naturfreunde. Golfplatz in nächster Nähe. Schöne Spazierwege - ideal auch mit Hunden. Schwimmbad, Thermalbad und Ärztezentrum im Ort. Tierarzt in der Nähe. Aber auch für Reisende, von/nach Süden via San Bernardino (A13) eignet sich die Unterkunft Mimosa. Einfaches, selbständiges Check-in/Check-out. Aussenparkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Neue, moderne Gästewohnung im angebauten Hausteil. Die Studiowohnung verfügt über drei Räume, die durch 4 und 7 Treppenstufen verbunden sind. Der mittlere Raum mit Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer und Küche ist sehr hell mit Sicht auf das Schloss Sargans. Der obere Sitzplatz bietet tolle Rundsicht auf Schloss und Berg Gonzen. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Wohnung die ich an meine Feriengäste vermiete, befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten von Sprecher-Haus aus dem Jahre 1677. Ein Sitzplatz, im einsehbaren Innenhof direkt vor der Wohnung, in schöner Nachbarschaft von Stallgebäude und Patrizierhaus, ist Nutzniesser meiner Freude am gedeihen der blühenden Natur.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
