Die Wohnung liegt in sehr sonniger & ruhiger Lage in Birkach, ca. 3 km vom Ortszentrum Pfunds entfernt und bietet einen großartigen Blick ins obere Inntal. Die Gastronomie u. Geschäfte sind mit dem PKW in ca. 5, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die großen Fenster erhellen die Räumlichkeiten und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die naheliegenden Sommer- & Wintersportregionen Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis sind in wenigen Fahrminuten mit Auto/ Skibus zu erreichen!

Im Jahr 2020 neu ausgebaute Dachwohnung auf Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, am Dorfrand von Ramosch. Ruhig und sonnig gelegen mit Aussicht auf die Unterengadiner Berge. Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher. In der Küche finden Sie sämtliche Küchengeräte und Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine oder Filter-Maschine. Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
