Private entrance, gas fireplace, full bathroom, 75” Roku TV, all amenities except stove (air fryer and microwave are available). This is the entire first level of a two story home. We live on the 2nd level and have our own separate entrance. Dogs 25lbs or less unless hypoallergenic. No cats. Fridays check-in will allow 2 day minimum

A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Serene and peaceful 1 bed/1.5 bath apartment with private entrance and patio. Mountain views. Fully furnished. Recently renovated kitchen. Living room area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, dinette for two, sitting area, and an electric fireplace stand with a 55” smart TV. Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet, and electric fireplace stand with TV smart and ensuite bathroom (2 sinks). On site washer and dryer, located one floor down in the basement (see pictures).

Only 6 miles from Clemson stadiums. The rental is a 500 sq' beautiful studio apartment with parking, coded entrance, and a private courtyard w/ a grill. It also includes a king size bed, an extra thick mattress futon, bathroom and a full kitchen with provided coffee/snacks. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe feeling. I would be more than happy to advise you on things to do and restaurants in the upstate area. I love sharing the beautiful upstate with visitors!

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
