The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!
