Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

This renovated home, dating back to 1900, is located right along the picturesque Delaware Canal, offering stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking and biking. Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

The Hepburn-Hot Tub & Fire Pit

The Hepburn is a beautifully renovated and decorated by home by Harlow Grey Homes. This meticulously restored glass cabin is located on over an acre of private grounds on a serene 75 acre lake. Firewood included! The separate seven-person hot tub is OPEN for the season. The private pool + built-in spa is closed and is set to reopen mid May 2025
