Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. It can accommodate adults and two kiddos . You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Usually, ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am. Edna Valley is a 10 minute drive, and SLO is 15 minutes. The village of Arroyo Grande is another hot spot!

A place for you and your horses. Located just 10 minutes from the beach. Can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. RV is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and many other basics. Facility includes a fire pit, barbecue, outside eating area, and fenced in dog run. Horses, cows, and chickens located on the property. Perfect getaway for all. Hidden oasis..escape to tranquility..

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
