This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room. Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle
