Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

Come enjoy all Sugarbush has to offer with a stay in our newly constructed ski-in/ski-out condo. Conveniently located right off the "Out to Lunch" trail for effortless ski on /ski off adventures. Plus, it's merely a short 5-minute walk to the base lodge, where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. Gather around one of the inviting fire pits for some après-ski relaxation or return to the condo and bask in the warm glow of the gas fireplace. Your perfect winter getaway begins here!

Steps to Sugarbush Mountain in Warren, Vermont. This a one bedroom, one bath condo located in Center Village on Sugarbush Mountain. Pull out sofa is also available in the main living room. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

The Lake Placid movie theater, restaurants, shops, spas & bars all within a 10min walk. Take a swim in Lake Placid Lake or launch a kayak to take in the beauty of the surrounding area!

Located right on Main Street you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, Olympic Center, museums and Mirror Lake. The beach is right across the street. Local churches and the post office are right here too. Each suite has a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, silver ware, all the linens, free wifi, cable tv on 2 flat screens, a work station and dining area too.
