Short walk to three beaches including a top surf beach, plus a small pool in our garden. We are digital nomads so we have 100mbps fiber optic internet, plus a backup internet, and a battery backup system, so overall really reliable work from home setup. Furniture is all new, couches, mattresses, etc., so super comfy!

My place is in the heart of town, in a very large piece of land with a lot of privacy and open spaces. Its only 8 minutes walk to the beach on a dirt road full of trees, birds and monkeys. Conveniently located in town, but private, quiet and cozy. Very short walk to restaurants and stores. The Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.
