We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. If you have mobility issues then this should be considered before booking.

This space is ideal for couples looking for a quite getaway. Cawsand and the local area has lots to explore. Dogs are welcome too. Please note- There is a slope and 9 steps up to the studio from the road.
