This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

( both bedrooms can be separated to have 2 singles instead of 1 super king if need be) Utility room, with all amenities, is an ideal place for dogs to sleep. 2 dogs maximum.

Polzeath is basically the coolest little beach village in the UK. Although tiny, it offers a great range of places for eating out. There are several surf schools and dramatic walks all right on the doorstep.
