This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
