Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.

Lanjeth Cornish cottage in quiet rural location.

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.
