This nicely decorated private suite is located in my home where I live full time, with a private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Parking is at your own risk. Walking distance to Portland Museum of Art, Downtown Arts District, Old Port (.7 miles), ,Victoria Mansion, State Theater, Cross Insurance Arena and dozens of bars and restaurants. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You are a short walk to the Old Port, waterfront, nightlife, shopping, tons of restaurants, museums and parks. A great shared deck is available for your quiet enjoyment and this is just a 10 minute distance to beautiful beaches!

The front door is your private entrance and your driveway with no common spaces. STR number 20185320-ST in Portland, Maine. It's next to a 54-acre historic park with a playground and wading pool. In good weather, there is sometimes a sizable group of homeless nearby by as well.
