Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard & a cul-de-sac away from traffic. Also less than a mile to public beach park and boat ramp. The home offers a full kitchen, laundry, sleeping area for three with queen bed in bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room.
