"La Casita" is a detached house immersed in a small wood of bay trees, oaks, maples, elms, lime trees, acacias, ashes, sour cherry trees, cherry trees, plum trees and other species of the Marche area. This wood is inhabited by jays, woodpeckers, blackcaps, blackbirds, hoopoes and other birds, apart from squirrels and dormouse that every now and then appear fleeting amongst the trees. From spring to the end of summer, in over 1000 square metres of garden, you can smell a variety of scents, from irises to acacias, from limes to violets. A carpet of wild cyclamens appears twice a year, transforming the paths in a magic experience of contact with nature. Its position benefits from an accessible road, being near the town and, at the same time, a quiet and enchanting scenary. In only 20 minutes walk you can reach the town, a beautiful medieval village full of history that offers gastronomic options of good quality. La Casita offers two very luminous and homely double rooms (with the option to add an extra single bed in each) on the first floor. One of the rooms opens on a terrace from where the greenery that surrounds the house can be enjoyed. The bathroom in the night area is equipped with bath, shower and hairdryer. These very comfortable rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, heating and wireless connection. Breakfast is served in the dining room, near the fireplace, or in the garden, under a centenary lime tree. This family run business assures a caring service; we also speak Italian, English and Spanish. Santa Vittoria in Matenano, town in the inland of the province of Fermo, has a great turistic-cultural reception, where it is possible to find restaurants, pizza parlours, inns, traditional shops, a sport ground, a tennis pitch, bowling greens, a splendid indoor air-conditioned swimming pool, a theatre and various parks. From its panoramic viewpoint, 625 meters above the sea, you can enjoy the Sibillini Mountains in all their splendour and reach other towns, each one with something interesting to offer. Many cultural, naturalistic and landscape tours can start from this strategic point that is only few kilometers away both from the sea and from the mountain, and also from important places like the cities of Ascoli Piceno and Fermo.

Furnished in an industrial chic style, they will be the perfect place to relax and let yourself be fascinated by the original reuse of objects linked to the peasant tradition that perfectly match with the essential lines of the overall design. Outside, in addition to a large panoramic courtyard, which in the evening, thanks to luminous chains, lights up with a convivial country chic atmosphere and becomes the restaurant area, guests can enjoy a large garden and a secluded relaxation area where is also located the modern 14 x 6 meters private pool open only to our guests. The pool area is also equipped with a kiosk where, à la carte, guests can enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day without the need to go back to the restaurant.

La struttura di recente costruzione, è composta da una zona giorno condivisa, una camera matrimoniale con al suo interno un bagno privato ed una camera singola con bagno privato esterno, in entrambi è possibile l'aggiunta di un letto per i bambini. Si affaccia sul giardino privato, dista 10 minuti in auto dal mare ed è perfetta per chi desidera fare una vacanza in relax e chi invece viaggia per lavoro. E' dotata di un parcheggio privato gratuito.

La camera 2 ha accesso indipendente ed ha un balcone con vista sulla valle e sui Monti Sibillini; è visibile anche il mare. Il bagno è indipendente. Dalla camera si accede ad una comoda stanza comune ed ad un ampio terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. Si trova al primo piano rispetto al giardino ed alla zona colazione.
