First bedroom has queen bed with a chest of drawers and a smart-tv. 2nd bedroom had a full bed. Living area has a pull out twin size futon. An air mattress is also available. Enjoy great fishing, swimming or just grilling out and sitting on the dock. It’s a great getaway for couples or small families, or for Radford graduation or VA Tech games/graduation.

The location is ideal for activities in the New River Valley and is only a short drive to Virginia Tech and Radford University. Relax on the patio or head down our gravel driveway to the dock to enjoy the lake. Swim, paddle-board, kayak, or stroll around our 12 acres, and beyond! Claytor Lake State Park is nearby where you can enjoy great hiking, a beach area, and boat rentals.
