Our upper level bed/sitting room opens onto a sunny deck, ideal for evening sundowners. Hikes and walking tracks nearby. A short Ferry ride to Whitianga with cafes restaurants and bars. Purangi Golf Course 500 meters away. To explore the Purangi River Estuary in a kayak you can launch directly from the property.

Relax & enjoy beach views from this one bedroom accommodation at a stunning beach. A great base to discover the beauty of the Coromandel. Wake up to ocean views and pop across to the sand. Easy for low-tide hot pools. Bliss! Don't feel like cooking? Then walk meters to Hotties Eatery/Bar or Hot Waves Cafe Linen/towels provided. Sorry, no animals/smoking or camping allowed. Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.

Flaxhaven Lodge

We are situated in a peaceful garden setting down a private drive. We are close to the ferry to Whitianga where there are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the Lost Spring. You can walk across the road to Lonely Bay and Shakespeare Cliff. Or you can do a 15 minute drive to Cathedral Cove and the famous Hot Water Beach. Local restaurant within walking distance (Eggsentric) or you can go into Cooks Beach where we have The Vessel or Go Vinos.

Relax in this beautifully designed 30sqm contemporary studio, just moments from the beach. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, outdoor clothesline, and a spacious covered deck flowing onto a sunny lawn surrounded by fruit trees.

Mexican inspired 2 bedroom hideaway with delightful rural views. Private entrance to self contained unit. Close to the famous Cathedral Cove, beautiful Hahei, Hot Water and Cooks Beaches and central to all that the amazing Coromandel Peninsula has to offer. Please note: the base price is for 1 room, maximum 2 guests. Use of the 2nd room or additional guests will be $20 extra per person, per night.
