Play tennis on the asphalt court (tennis rackets and balls available). Enjoy a BBQ and an evening around the firepit where the clean air ensures a perfect view of the stars on a clear night. The cottage is a lovely grade II, listed, historic, thatched cottage. It's in a conservation area which is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lots of great local country walks. It’s also a central base to visit all that Dorset has to offer; from beaches and beauty spots to country towns. The Crown pub is in the centre of the village, only 5 minutes walk away. Our Sports and Social Club has a a bar and play equipment. It is on the left at the north end of the village

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.
