Our comfortable 3 bedroom and 2 bath townhome is located in the Needles complex just 3 miles south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 miles north of historic downtown Durango. It is adjacent to the iconic Old School Pizza as well as across the highway from the Needles Market and Gas station. The condo is the gateway to adventure. Purgatory Mountain is just up the road. Hiking and biking trails right out the front doors and more!

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
