Quiet Woodland Apartment is a remodeled basement apartment. We are situated on eight acres of woods two miles from downtown Greenville. Shenango Reservoir and Recreation Area, Pymatuning and Goddard State parks are fifteen to twenty minutes away. Thiel College and St. Paul’s Retirement Community are also only three miles, and downtown Greenville is two miles away. Private entry and parking space, a fully functioning kitchen and comfortable living space adds to the charm of this location.

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the country just off of a quiet, unpaved road. We have excellent neighbors, but none in sight of the cabin :-) Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

(The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. The home is situated on 13 acres of land bordering both sides of the Neshannock Creek. With towering old growth forest on all sides, you truly connect with nature. The property boasts exclusive access to the Neshannock Creek, including a creek side deck. A cascading waterfall borders us to the north.
