This home offers a comfy, cozy environment making it perfect for a getaway or your home away from home while on business. BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Sunny coastal retreat, walk to the beach!

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. “Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

The Captain's Quarters (King bed)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)
