Our family cottage is full of character and charm and has been in the family for over 90 years. Built in the 1820s, it has lots of original features; open fireplace, yet has the comforts of modern living ; wifi, central heating. Versatile and very comfortable trundle beds, which convert to either a single, twin or king size in bedrooms- sleeps 4. A peaceful, rural location with stunning sea view over the bay, a dog friendly pub 8 mins walk away and 30 mins walk down the hill to the beach.

Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the enclosed garden there are views of Bala lake and mountains. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. Enjoy sunsets from the decking relaxing on our sun loungers or find secluded spots on the cliff tops for even more privacy. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
