Ideally situated for exploring the Peak District, with excellent footpath access across the moors or the Sheffield Lakeland from the door . The City is only a short drive away with all of it's amenities. There is an excellent choice of local pubs and restaurants serving great food, local beers plus for Fine Dining, we are only 10 mins away from Sheffield's only Michelin starred restaurant Joro.

An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with walks from the doorstep, cycling, climbing and swimming in the famous Hathersage lido. A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. Situated in the hamlet of Loadbrook in the beautiful Peak District National Park (yet only 15 minutes from Sheffield city centre), Loadbrook Cottage is attached to a traditional 18th century Yorkshire farmhouse. The Cottage provides spacious and comfortable accommodation in a picturesque country setting. Local attractions include Chatsworth house, Haddon hall, Bakewell, Sheffield Botanical gardens, Yorkshire sculpture park, Sheffield theatres, museums, all within a thirty minute drive.

Bridgefoot Cottage - Wild Swimming & Hot Tub

Bridgefoot is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the Peak District. Guests have full use of the property including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining. There is also an exceptionally comfy and cosy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

On the edge of the Peak District yet close to the City of Sheffield, Charlesworth’s offers the best of both worlds! Beautiful country walks and several pubs on the doorstep, or a short drive to climbing at Stanage and Bamford edges. For cyclists, Charlesworth’s is close to ‘Le Tour’ routes. Chatsworth House, Buxton, snooker at the Crucible, and the Tramlines Festival are all easily reached. Families, contractors and dogs are very welcome in this light and spacious cottage.

Nestled within the Hope Valley, Hathersage offers exceptional walks from the front door ranging from circular 3 mile strolls to all-day hikes. Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.
