We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Located in a historic Lincolnshire village, we are a 1 minute walk to the village pub, serving good food. There are fishing lakes 1 minute away or you are welcome to fish in our river. We are very Dog Friendly!
