Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. We also have another listing, ‘Stablau’r Esgob’ which may be of interest.

Home in heart of village

Our family home for many years, 1 Marine Terrace is in the heart of Rhosneigr, close by cafes, restaurants and shops. Rhosneigr's glorious sandy beach is a 3 minute walk away. We have 4 double bedrooms, 2 with sea views. One can be made into a twin. The 2 top floor bedrooms are accessed by a narrow staircase. Dogs welcome. Enclosed garden with a small lawn, table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars but please park carefully so that someone else who uses the drive can get in and out.

The apartment is very comfortable any time of the year and the large bay window enables you to watch the wind and kite surfers, during stormy conditions or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Rhosneigr has some excellent restaurants and takeaways together with boutique shops and a general store/Post office.
