The Yuba State Bank Apartment is the lower front apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. The Tailor Apartment is an upper apartment in a downtown historic building in Richland Center. The apartment was once used as a tailor shop back in the day. The space was completely renovated in 2019. It boasts high ceilings, original wood flooring and tons of natural light from the large windows. A great space to just kick back and relax. Many local attractions such as the Pine River, outdoor movie theater, bowling alley, hiking trails, restaurants and historic downtown.
